Make your vote count

Efren Peñaflorida’s “Kariton Klassroom” made him CNN Hero of the Year. Two factors brought it about – his initiative to bring education to poor children and enough Filipinos to vote in internet.

We hope we can replicate this on May 2010 elections…that enough Filipinos exercise the vote to let the best candidate win.

In & Out of Love. While Piolo and KC mesmerize us in “Lovers in Paris,” the City of Lovers has a trade fair, “New Start,” for would-be divorced couples.

The fair’s organizer, Brigitte Gaumet, said she had the idea for the event after President Nicolas Sarkozy divorced his second wife months after taking office in 2007.
